WASHER & DRYER--available for your use in the utility room; bring your own detergent, "Iron Out" and dryer sheets. We soften the water but "Iron Out" is always recommended this close to the Cuyuna Iron Range!
AIR CONDITIONING--AC provided at no extra cost; central split system so noisier part of the system is located outside;
SATELLITE TV - DISH TV to check weather, watch
movies, news or Twins game. Sorry no pay-per-view. VCR and DVD are included, so bring your favorite movies for rainy days. Or you can rent them in town. We have a few movies available.
DOCK- Private dock included. If you bring your own boat, please bring your own dock bumpers, too.
BOATS- Rental includes free use of 16-foot Crestliner
aluminum utility fishing boat (you supply the outboard up to 30 HP or use our oars). Boat holds up to 5 people. Boat and motor rentals may be available at a resort on the lake www.CozyBay.com. Cozy Bay also has the best boat ramp on the lake if the water is too low for the public access. You can use our two canoes with paddles. You may also bring your own boat(s) or jet ski(s).
GRILL & PICNIC TABLE- Gas grill and picnic table included.
LINEN- Bed linen, pillows and blanket are supplied by us. Bring your own towels and washcloths for shower, kitchen and beach.
