Weeks (Sunday to Friday) are $1,900 for up to 10 people.  Each additional night is $325 and each additional person is $100 up to a total of 14 people.  Hold your week with a $500 deposit.

Reservation Information:
A down payment of $1,000 of your rental fee is due before we will reserve the week in your name.  The remainder of the rent and deposit are due at check-in.  After you check out, your damage deposit will be mailed to you within 10 days if there is no damage.

If you need to cancel, we will refund your down payment only if someone else reserves the week you reserved.  If no one else reserves your week, we will keep $500.

Check in is noon on Sunday and check out is  noon on Friday.  Extra days are available for extra cost.  Please observe this schedule as we need time to prepare our home for you and the other guests.
